Version number mismatch
If you get this error, the most likely cause is that you have attempted to upgrade PC Access beyond a major version number without re-installing new user authorization . Call your MLS provider or PC Access vendor to inquire about obtaining a major upgrade.
On the other hand, if you get this error message for no obvious reason, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
