Unable to create SAVEDATE.DAT

This message appears if LAUNCH.EXE is unable to create a SAVEDATE.DAT file on the diskette you are using to back up your PC Access setup files. Make sure the diskette you are using is not write protected. Check the space available on the diskette. SAVEDATE.DAT is a file of size zero bytes, but it will still occupy one allocation unit (cluster) on your diskette. You can also try backing up your PC Access setup files to a different diskette.

This topic is new for PC Access 4.30 (Saturday, January 30, 1999).
