You must reboot Windows to complete your install
The UAM successfully installed your user authorization, but before you can actually run PC Access you need to shut down and reboot your computer. This is because the SETUP.EXE program had to modify your FILES= line in CONFIG.SYS, and this change does not become effective until you reboot your computer.
