Setup Instructions Overview

After you install Pocket Full of Listings and HotSync your Palm compatible PDA, you need to set up your search criteria and Pocket Full of Listings Desktop.

Here is how it works:

• log into the PDA Web page. MFM included the URL to the PDA Web page on the Your Login Information sheet that came with Pocket Full of Listings.
  
  
• if this is the first time you are logging into the PDA Web site, see the Account Registration Instructions sheet that came with Pocket Full of Listings for instructions on how to register for an account.
  
  
• after you register for an account, enter your search criteria on the PDA Web page.
  
  
• click the Start Download of Active Search button to start downloading the listings that match your search criteria.
  
  
• when your Web browser finishes downloading listings, it sends the listings to Pocket Full of Listings Desktop. Pocket Full of Listings Desktop will automatically save the Host Site, your User Name, and your Password on the Download tab of the Setup window. Pocket Full of Listings Desktop will use the information on the Download tab to run daily listing downloads from the PDA Web page. You will also need to provide Pocket Full of Listings Desktop with your name and e-mail address. The instructions in Setting up Pocket Full of Listings Desktop will guide you through this step.
  
  
• You can also set up a Download schedule and a HotSync schedule.
  
  
• HotSync your PDA to get the latest listing information in the palm of your hand.
