You have the non-exclusive right to use the Delphi component only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. You may physically transfer the component from one computer to another, provided that the component is only installed on a single computer at a time. In group projects where multiple persons will use the component, you must purchase an individual license for each member of the group. Network deployment is only permitted if you have purchased licenses sufficient to cover the number of copies concurrently in use or included on the component palette of concurrently open copies of Delphi.
