You may transfer the product to another party only if the other party agrees to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. You must advise MFM Communication Software, Inc. of any license transfer to avoid the risk of a distributed copy of a program appearing to contain an unlicensed copy of the TMFMHelp component. If you transfer the program you must at the same time transfer any documentation and the back-up copy, or transfer any documentation and destroy the back-up copy. You may not retain any portion of the program, in any form, under any circumstance.
