The Arrow Size property allows you to define, in pixels, the length of the "arrow" (an oblique triangle which connects the Help Text popup to your defined area). The Arrow is automatically positioned to connect the Help Text to the nearest corner of the defined area (such as a control button) and is also sensitive to the edge of the end-user's display screen: the Help Text frame is always displayed on-screen, no matter where your defined area may lie.
