When the Property Editor is activated it builds a list of any controls on the form, ready for you to specify the text you require. Text and Context-IDs entered previously for control are maintained. If you delete a control, the associated text and Context-ID are deleted. If you rename a control then you will lose any text and Context-IDs you previously specified for it.
