Use the Import Help Text Buttonon the TMFMHelp Popup Help Editor to open the Import TMFMHelp Component Help Text window. You may browse your files to select the desired file, and import that file to your current project panel. Highlight your desired file. Click Open, you will receive a warning:
Importing Help Text will overwrite any existing Help Text for matching Controls. Are you sure you want to continue?
Click Yes if you are certain that the file you are importing is what you want to use, for example if you have edited the Popup Help Texts. If you click No, the texts will not be overwritten, and the Import TMFMHelp Component Help Text window will close.
Importing Help Text is also a convenient way to duplicate Popup Help topics in similar panels. If the names of the components are different on a second form you would like to import your Popup Help topics to, for example, if you have a pushbutton called Button1 on one form and a pushbutton called OKButton on another form, even if they look the same and perform the same action, TMFMHelp won't link the OKButton popup help topic to the same topic that Button1 was linked to. If you have existing panels you would like the same Popup Help texts for but the names are different, you could edit the Popup Help Text names either with the Name property in the Object Inspector in the new panel, or as a text document from the Export Help Text file using your favorite text editor. The only caveat might be you have to have similar Help topics if you have linked any Popup Help to the Help file of the program using the More Text Property: this is not an issue unless you import the TMFMHelp Text file to a second program with a different Help file.
