The MoreText property allows you to specify the text that will be added to the bottom right of the Help Popup to signal the user that there is additional information in the Help File that can be accessed by clicking on this text or by pressing the F1 Key.
The default is "More help..." but you can change it as required, perhaps to support a foreign language.
