Introduction

The Standard Procedures section includes procedures MFM customers may need to follow under a wide variety of conditions, and often under the direction of a technical support representative. Because of the large number of possible reasons why a customer may need to follow a standard procedure, MFM indexes the procedures here and refers to them from other places on the MFM Web site.

If you are experiencing a problem with PC Access, see the PC Access for Windows Troubleshooting Guide. The PC Access for Windows Troubleshooting Guide contains topics that list a specific set of symptoms a customer can recognize that indicate a problem, along with a procedure to determine the exact cause and solve the problem.

A Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) is a question customers know to ask because it is apparent from using an MFM product.
