Introduction

If you experience difficulty installing the PC Access program files or the PC Access User Authorization, you may need to boot your computer into Safe Mode to install PC Access.

When you boot your computer into Safe Mode:

  • You bypass some of your Windows Startup files
  • Windows temporarily disables a majority of its devices
  • Windows uses the Standard VGA driver
  • You temporarily disable any anti-virus program
When Windows is using any of the above files or programs, they may conflict with the installation of the PC Access program files or the User Authorization. Bypassing or disabling the above files or programs should allow you to install PC Access or the User Authorization.
