Creating your WinMSD Report

1. Click Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Windows NT Diagnostics
2. On the Windows NT Diagnostics window, click Print
3. On the Create Report window select the following:
   • Under Scope, select All tabs
   • Under Detail Level, select Complete
   • Under Destination, select Clipboard
4. On the Create Report window, click OK. This will copy your WinMSD Report to the Windows Clipboard.

Sending your WinMSD Report

1. Open your E-mail message window.
   • If you are following these instructions on-line, Click here to open an e-mail message window.
   • If you are reading a printed copy of these instructions, click File | New | Message
     • Note: If your E-mail message window does not have an option to use File | New | Message, contact your software provider if you need assistance opening an E-mail message window.
2. In the body of the message, include:
   • Your name
   • Your E-mail address
   • Describe the problem you are having
   • Your PC Access Build and Version number
3. Click Edit | Paste. This will copy your WinMSD Report from the Windows Clipboard to your E-mail message window.
   • Note: If your E-mail message window does not have an option to Edit | Paste, contact your software provider for assistance.
4. In the To: field type:
   • mfm-techsupport@mfm.com
5. Click Send to send your message and WinMSD report to MFM Technical Support.
