Upside-down Fax

If you receive a fax that is upside down, you can rotate the fax. For instructions on how to rotate a fax, see: Rotating a Fax.

You can rotate a fax in several possible ways. Choose one of the following ways to rotate your fax.

If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 to view your fax as a .PDF file, you can click the Rotate View Clockwise button on the toolbar to rotate your fax. You may need to click this button more than once to rotate your fax 180 degrees.
If you are viewing your fax in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface, you can click the Rotate Page button on the View Fax window or on the View Thumbnails window. The Rotate Page button will rotate all of the pages in your fax.
If you receive an upside-down fax, you can use the rotate reply to e-mail command to rotate your fax. Click the Reply button in your e-mail program and type: rotate in the Message Body. Fax Everywhere will e-mail you a new .PDF file with the rotated version of your fax.
If your fax contains multiple recipients, Fax Everywhere will e-mail a copy of the .PDF file it rotated to all of the recipients. Therefore, only one recipient should send the rotate request to Fax Everywhere.
