Introduction
Windows 2000 comes with a fax service. You can use this
fax service with PC Access® Flyer to fax flyers from your computer
to a fax machine or another computer.

- Click Start | Programs |
PC Access for Windows | PC Access for Windows.
From the PC Access for Windows Main Menu window:
- 4.30 users: click the Flyer button.
- 4.20 users: click Accessories | Flyers.
- Use the Printing Wizard to create a flyer.
- From the Printing Wizard Step 3 of 3 window, click the
Change the Printer Setup or Print a copy of this Flyer Now button.
- On the Windows Print window select Fax from
the drop-down list and click OK. This opens the
Windows 2000 Send Fax Wizard window.
- On the Windows 2000 Send Fax Wizard window,
click Next.
- Complete the fields on the Recipient and Dialing Information
window. Click Next.
- If you want to include a cover page, check Include a cover page.
Click Next.
- You can check the Now
radio button to fax your listings or report now. If you do not want to
send your fax now, select one of the other radio buttons to determine when
Microsoft Fax sends your fax. Click Next.
- Click Finish to send your fax.
