Faxing from Rapid Flyer

1. Start Rapid Flyer.
2. From either the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 or the History Wizard | Step 2, select one of the following buttons:
   • Print the Flyer Shown
   • Print all Selected Flyers
3. Rapid Flyer will display the Windows Print window. From the Printer drop-down list, select Microsoft Fax and click OK. This opens the Windows 2000 Send Fax Wizard window.
4. On the Windows 2000 Send Fax Wizard window, click Next.
5. Complete the fields on the Recipient and Dialing Information window. Click Next.
6. If you want to include a cover page, check Include a cover page. Click Next.
7. You can check the Now radio button to fax your listings or report now. If you do not want to send your fax now, select one of the other radio buttons to determine when Microsoft Fax sends your fax. Click Next.
8. Click Finish to send your fax.
