[Introduction] [Registration Code Error During 4.30/4.00 Upgrade] [Registration Code Error During 4.30/Demo Upgrade] [Related Information]

Introduction

When you install the PC Access 4.30 Upgrade, PC Access displays the Registration Code window. Under normal conditions the Registration Code window will display the PC Access serial number that matches the serial number on your PC Access Disk 1 and your PC Access package.

However, if the Registration Code window displays serial number 43199999, you will not be able to enter your registration code. Serial number 43199999 is an invalid serial number and will display on the Registration Code window when one of the following conditions are true:

  • Before installing the 4.30 upgrade, you were running PC Access 4.00. When you installed your PC Access 4.00 user authorization, you used the Alternate User Authorization method.
  • Before installing the 4.30 upgrade, you were running Demo version of PC Access.
If you installed the 4.30 upgrade over your 4.00 version, see: Registration Code Error During 4.30/4.00 Upgrade

If you installed the 4.30 upgrade over a Demo version, see: Registration Code Error During 4.30/Demo Upgrade
