Cannot find the SETUP.EXE or one of its components

Introduction
If you are installing PC Access from your factory original PC Access Disk 1 and you see:Cannot find the 'a:\setup.exe' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.you are probably attempting to install PC Access to your computer from the wrong source. The PC Access 4.30 Disk 1 from the PC Access 4.30 CD-ROM versions do not contain the SETUP.EXE program file. The PC Access 4.30 CD Disk 1 contains only the PC Access setup files and the user authorization.
Installing the PC Access CD-ROM Version
- Insert the PC Access 4.30 CD in your computer's CD-ROM drive.
- Note: if you are installing PC Access 4.30.158 to your computer and the PC Access CD does not automatically run when you insert it into your CD-ROM drive, you may not have the AutoPlay feature enabled. For more information, see: PC Access Does Not Automatically Install From the CD-ROM
- When the PC Access Autorun menu appears, click Install PC Access for Windows 4.30 to install PC Access to your computer's hard drive.
