Invalid MLS Password

Introduction
To access your Maestro or Compass MLS system you need an MLS Login Name and MLS Password. Your MLS provides you with this information. After you enter your Name and Password correctly in the MLS Login Name and MLS Password fields in the Add/Edit Agent window in PC Access, PC Access will automatically insert your Name and Password into your login script when you dial into your MLS.If you entered an MLS Login Name and/or MLS Password that your MLS doesn't recognize, you may see one of the following error messages:
- Maestro Users
- Invalid Name or Password
- Compass Users
- Invalid Agent/Password Combination
If your MLS is a Compass System and you receive the Invalid Agent/Password Combination error, see: Invalid Agent/Password Combination Error.
How to Correct an Invalid Name or Password Error
- From your PC Access Main Menu:
- Agent Version Users: Click Setup | Advanced | Agents.
- Broker Version Users: Click Select Agent, then highlight your name on the Agent List window, and click Edit.
- On the Edit Agent window, enter your correct
MLS Login Name and
MLS Password
- Note: If you do not know your MLS Login Name and MLS Password or if you think they are correct, but you are still unable to log in to your MLS, contact your MLS and verify your MLS Login Name and MLS Password.
- After you enter your correct MLS Login Name and MLS Password, click OK.
- Dial into your MLS.
How to Correct an Invalid Agent/Password Combination Error
- From your PC Access Main Menu:
- Agent Version Users: Click Setup | Advanced | Agents.
- Broker Version Users: Click Select Agent, then highlight your name on the Agent List window, and click Edit.
- On the Edit Agent window, enter your correct
