Unable to Load LT????.DLL

Introduction
PC Access for Windows version 4.10 and some Builds of 4.20 had a problem loading certain Windows .DLL files. The load .DLL errors usally result from a .DLL conflict with other programs like Top Producer. Normally, the error only occurs if the conflicting program is running when you try to start PC Access. If this is the case, PC Access may display the following error message(s):MFM corrected this problem in PC Access 4.20.123, and carried the fix forward to later Builds.Unable to Load LTKRN70W.DLL Reason -12345 or Unable to Load LTIMG70.DLL Reason -12345Note: The reason number may not match the reason number on your screen and changes each time the error occurs.
If you receive one of the above error message(s) when you start PC Access, you will need to update your version of PC Access.
Updating your Version of PC Access
Before you download an update, you need to determine what version of PC Access you are using.If you are using any version of PC Access 4.10 or version 4.20.120 and earlier, follow the instructions in the URL below to update your copy of PC Access for Windows.
If you are using a PC Access version 4.20.124 or later, and you experience the "Unable to Load LT????.DLL" error, please complete the PC Access for Windows Problem Report Form.
