Introduction

PC Access for Windows 4.30 may display the Invalid Service Name error when the following conditions are true:
  1. You use your Windows Dial-up Networking connectoid to connect to your MLS via the Internet.
  2. You changed the name of your Dial-up Networking connectoid, or you reinstalled your Dial-up Networking connectoid.

Correcting an Invalid Service Name Error

  1. From the PC Access 4.30 Main Menu, click Setup Menu | Advanced | Internet.
  2. When the Internet Setup window opens, PC Access 4.30 will automatically update the Dial-up Connection field with the name of your Dial-up Networking connectoid.
  3. On the Internet Setup window, click OK.
  4. On the Setup Menu click Close to return to the PC Access 4.30 Main Menu.
  5. From the PC Access 4.30 Main Menu, click Call MLS to connect to your MLS.
