[Introduction] [Manually Set Up Your Modem] [Related Information]

Introduction

If you have no modems defined in Windows you will see the following error message when you run the PC Access Modem Wizard:

Error! No modems are defined in Windows.

The Modem Wizard only works if your PC already has at least one modem defined in the Windows Registry.

You will still be able to manually set up the modem in PC Access.

If you receive the above error message, make sure you have the correct modem driver installed in Windows. If you do have the correct modem driver installed in Windows, see: Manually Set Up Your Modem to manually set up your modem in PC Access
